Population and Settlement:
-7.5 billion people in America right now
-8377 people being born per hour
-149 people being born per minute
-2.5 people being born a second.

But at the same time many people are being born every minute.  Ninety percent of this population growth takes place in the developing countries of Africa, South and East Asia, and Latin America.  In 1804 there was around one billion people in the world.  Over the time span of 123 years in 1927 there was two billion people in the world.  In 1960 which was 33 years later there was around three billion people in the world. Till 2011 it has gradually risen buy a billion throughout the past century.  Leaving us were we are now at 7.58 billion.
